  Such a terrible experience. If there is one thing I can impart upon you with this review it’s that this home is not the place to honour the memory and legacy of your loved ones.
  
  I am still stricken with grief and not in the frame of mind to give detailed accounts of the multiple incidents that have lead me to write this. But please take my words of caution and reduce the harm of tragedy by finding a more reputable and sensitive staff to make your final arrangements.
